Hi there, My daughter is 12 1/2 months, the year certainly goes to quick. At 12 months she was still on 5 200ml bottles a day, she was also having 3 small meals a day, and a few snacks, I decided it was time to start weaning her, but wanted to do it slowly, not just cut them all out, I started with her morning bottle, and gave her a whole weetbix instead of 1\2 and she ate the whole thing,I was actually surprised at well how she dealt with not having it as she is a real bottle kid. Since then she has just been cutting them out herself, and she is now down to 2 bottles one bout 12-1 and one at bed time. She has also just in the past week gone down to one sleep a day, which I love as she was having 2 or 3 mini power naps, and is now having one big sleep about 2 hours at lunchtime. Her daily routine is: 6:30-7:30 Breakfast, normally weetbix she just loves them, made with cows milk 9:30-10:00 snack, normally fruit, she loves strawberries, watermelon apples, 11:30-12:00 Lunch, Have trouble getting lunch type foods down her at the moment, since getting rid of the baby food, so she normally will have a custard or mashed banana, I also make her a fruit salad and pour custard over it which she loves. Still make her a sandwich or something, but she still is not quite sure but figure if I keep offering them she will start to like them. 12:30-1:00 goes to sleep with bottle I still us formula for her bottles 3:00-3:30 Snack, maybe a biscuit, or cheese (which she loves) 6:00-6:30 Dinner, we usually give her what ever we have and try to hide veggies in different sauces, of just cut it small and put some grated cheese on them, only way I get them down her. 7:30 Bedtime with another formula bottle. She also has a sippy cup which she has access to at all times, she will only drink water nothing else, which suits us fine. Did have trouble getting her on the sippy cup introduced it at 6 months but she was not interested in it at all, but she would drink, from a drink bottle and also a straw cup, and then one day I gave her the sippy cup just to see if she would drink out of it, and she took to it right away, so I think its just a matter of waiting till they are ready, every baby is different, but it sounds like you are doing a great job.
